Good quality thread in six colours. Works perfectly in my machine, can't even compare it to the low quality thread I have to buy locally. Not easy to produce a pack of six in colours to suit everyone. Personally, I would have preferred cream to black as I sew more with pale colours.

This thread has frustrated me to no end. It worked fine when it was new, but once I used about 1/2 of the spool, it did not unwind properly. It started with the taupe color. As soon as I got toward the middle of the spool, it kept jamming up, breaking needles left and right. Rather than unwinding in a smooth motion from end to end, it began to snap back and forth, unwinding from the extreme end of one side, to the extreme end of the other side. Apparently, It was not wound consistently the whole way through.

I thought it was a fluke until it started happening with the white spool, than finally the black. For the price, I expected better quality control. When you consider that I only got to use 1/2 of the thread I paid for, plus the cost of broken needles, and damage to the fabric - it was definitely not worth the price. Since no other negative reviews have been posted (actually only one other review has been posted at all), it's possible that I got a bad batch... Read more
